Warranty?
All 2 danes furniture is backed by a minimum of a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. We cannot guaranty against durability, color fastness, fade resistance or shrinkage of fabrics or leather products. Ekornes/Stressless products are covered by an extended manufacturers warranty 1 year on leather, 5 years on foam and 10 years on the mechanism.
Delivery?
In-store purchases can be delivered and set-up by 2 danes. Standard local delivery (within 40 miles) is $95, however this can vary based on amount of set-up involved and distance from our store. 2 danes offers a select group of items available for purchase via our online ecommerce system. This merchandise will ship FREE within the 48 states via Fed-ex, UPS or regular shipping companies, depending on the size of the merchandise and the delivery address.
What methods of payment can I use?
2 danes accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards, as well as Cash.
How do I handle freight damage?
Please make sure to fully inspect all merchandise when it arrives, before signing any papers and before the trucking/delivery company leaves. It is important that any damage be noted on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before you sign for receipt of goods. Failure to do this can negate you claim. We also recommend that you contact 2 danes immediately, so we can assist you to the best of our ability.
What is your return policy?
Item purchased in our store are subject to the term of sale at the time of purchase. Items purchased online are considered special orders. We are therefore unable to accept returns or cancellations after an order has been processed. Please double check sizes, colors prior to placing the order. We are happy to send leather/fabric samples to ensure proper color, prior to you placing an order.
What is your ecommerce cancellation policy?
If you have placed a 2 danes Internet or phone order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 615-352-6085 10am-6pm CST Monday thru Friday. If the order has not been processed, we will make your change or cancellation. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped from the manufacturer or 2 danes, we cannot accept a change or a cancellation.
How can I get Assembly Instructions?
Assembly instructions are included with each chair and sofa. Since the items are assembled at our warehouse (sectional sofas just need to be connected), there should be no assembly required. Should you need to order a part or refresh your memory of how to use a feature, there is an instruction manual under the ottoman cushion. The packet will have the necessary instructions. You can always call an associate at 2 danes for further assistance at 615-352-6085 Monday-Friday 10-6pm CST.
My furniture is missing a piece/hardware, how can I get it?
If you purchased your product from 2 danes and it is missing a part, please notify us immediately so we can get the part to you as quickly as possible. Since our chairs are fully assembled when they leave here, there should be no loose parts. This could be a result of shipping damage.
Can I buy spare parts or hardware?
Please contact us, as this will depend on what part you are trying to replace.
Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown in the catalog, but due to popularity and supply issues, some products may not always be available right away.
What if I have a comment, question, or concern?

What information is collected about me when I visit the site?
We do not require any information from you, to obtain access or browse our site. Information will be requested at the checkout in order to purchase and pay for your merchandise. Information may include name, title, company, address, e-mail address, and phone number. We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
Are all items on your website also in your store?
No, you may find items in our store not on the site and items on the site not in our store. Our store is constantly changing with new merchandise being put on the floor daily. This site features items which, if not in our store currently, can be ordered. We are trying to show you a range of products to demonstrate the width and depth of our product spectrum. Currently only the Ekornes/Stressless merchandise and some select office chairs are available to purchase via our ecommerce site.
